Yoga
I was introduced to yoga over 10 years ago while living in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston. Over time, I found it to be one of the few ways I could calm my mind and settle into my body.
My yoga practice has become a place I turn to through all parts of life - the beautiful and the messy. It’s supported me through breakups, tough days at work, the loss of loved ones, and seasons of change. And it’s also been FUN (looking at you, Hip Hop and Boy Band classes!).
In 2025, I signed up for a 200-hour teacher training as a way to deepen my practice, challenge myself, and get to know myself better. What I found was all of that, plus beautiful friendships, a deep sense of community, and, somewhat unexpectedly, a desire to teach. I completed my training at Drift + Oak Yoga Studio in June 2026, and officially joined their teaching staff in September 2026.
I seek to offer classes that feel welcoming and grounding, with space to connect to your breath and your body. You’ll find intention behind my sequencing and music selection (a good playlist is key to a good class, IMO 😉). I gravitate towards a slower pace, while still offering opportunities to build a little heat through your flow.
I hope to see you on the mat soon!
